The Resilience Human Services Institute is a subsidiary of Resilience Human Services Inc., which was established in the Washington DC, Maryland, and Virginia region in 2019. The Resilience Institute expands on the quality, intensive mental health treatment and care provided in individual, family, and couples therapy.

The RHS Success Academy is for Master level social workers, counselors, and mental health professionals seeking internship opportunities, advancement in their careers, and/or clinical hours required for the advanced licensure exam in DC, MD, VA.
The RHS Success Academy provides clinical supervision for master level social workers, counselors, and mental health professionals. Enrollees must meet the pre-licensed requirements in the DC, MD, and VA before enrolling with RHS Academy for their clinical hours. There is a one-time fee for enrollees, however, once accepted into the program, the clinical supervisee is paid for services provided to clients at a fee-for-service rate.
The RHS Success Academy offers paid internship opportunities for students pursuing their Master's in Social Work (MSW) or Master's in Counseling (MS). Students are encouraged to complete an application for consideration into the program. If the student is selected and meets the qualifications, they will be offered a paid internship with Resilience Human Services Inc.
Clinical Supervisees and interns are given priority consideration for career opportunities at Resilience Human Services Inc. should they choose to remain with the company after successful completion of their internships, supervision hours, and licensure.
