Free Grief and Loss Group

This group is offered to individuals who are navigating the challenges of grief and loss due to the death of a loved one, loss related to a job, home, or community, or people who are finding it difficult to find their "New Beginnings". This group is offered FREE and will be held in person and virtually to accommodate anyone who wishes to participate. Registration is required before attending the first session.
